Double-clicking the Sim's face will bring up the template, which also allows us to change Christine's skin tone. The interface comes with several templates that we can choose from first. In order to change any part of the body, click that part of the body, then drag the exact part you want to change. This interface is quite a bit different from previous iterations of the franchise. The second step of creating a Sim is their physical appearance. Think carefully about your goal for your Sim so you choose an aspiration that matches your play style. Also, the special trait that is attached to the aspiration will be lost and replaced, for better or worse. However, the aspiration goes through various levels of achievement, and changing it will reset the Sim's progress through the aspiration. Once you're in the game proper, the Sim's aspiration can be changed at will. As you can see below, Christine National here is taking the The Curator aspiration, along with the Geek, Materialistic, and Outgoing traits. Please read the Aspirations and Traits pages for more details. Then, you will be allowed to choose three more traits (no more and no fewer), which will affect the Sim's bonuses and AI behavior.

You can click the largeВ ? hex to assign the Sim's aspiration, which will also apply a special trait. Regardless of your Sim's gender settings or whether you create a transgender Sim, all Sims can wear all clothing styles regardless of whether the clothing is traditionally masculine or feminine.Д«elow that bar is your Sim's Aspiration and Traits panel. Simply click the '.' button below the traditional gender symbols and you'll be able to customize your Sim's gender with several self-explanatory buttons.
